Short version: play fair, keep your leaderboard name decent, and enjoy the round.

The licence

Daily Birdie is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), supplemented by these terms. Where the two conflict, the Standard EULA governs. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

The leaderboard

Scores you submit appear publicly on that day’s leaderboard alongside your display name. Don’t tamper with the game, automate play, or submit scores by any means other than playing the round. We may remove entries or names that are offensive, impersonate someone, or look manipulated.

Courses and content

A new course is published each day. Courses, artwork, text and the Daily Birdie name and marks belong to Benton Chase Studios. You may share screenshots and your score card freely.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We aim to have a fresh course ready every day but can’t guarantee it, and features may change or be discontinued. To the fullest extent the law allows, Benton Chase Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

How the app handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to play means you accept the update. Questions: support@seasoniq.app.
